Install & Windows
How do I install Solene?
Download the installer from Download, run SoleneSetup-1.0.0.exe, then open Solene from the tray. ZIP package works if you prefer a portable layout.
What does Local need?
Nothing to sign up. The Windows installer installs Ollama for on-device AI automatically. Microphone is optional for voice.
Windows warns about an unknown publisher?
We’re completing Authenticode code signing. You can still install via “More info → Run anyway” on trusted downloads from soleneassistant.com.

What is “Hey Solene”?
On Windows, the tray can listen for the wake phrase (on by default; toggle in the tray menu). Mobile uses hold-to-talk instead.
Quiet hours?
Preferences / Account can silence spoken replies overnight (default window 22:00–08:00 when enabled). Synced when devices are linked.
Phone + desktop (One Solene)
How do I link my phone?
Windows: Account & billing → Link devices → note the 6-character code. Phone: Account → same email + code → Link devices → Sync now.
What syncs?
Lists, bills, health/meds, tasks, contacts, trips, document search metadata, quiet/speak settings, and your Stripe plan tier.

Local vs Plus vs Pro?
Local is free on-device. Plus ($25/mo) unlocks the cloud brain for everyday answers (750 credits · 150 searches). Pro ($90/mo) adds live research / deep lookup and a larger pool (2,500 credits · 500 searches). Manage on Account.
How do I cancel?
Account → Stripe customer portal. Refunds: see Refunds or email billing@soleneassistant.com.
Workspace & data
Do you log into my bank?
No. Bills are a local due-date tracker you enter yourself.
Where is my data?
Day-to-day life data stays on your devices by default. Cloud AI and sync use our processors when you opt in — see Security & data and Privacy.
Can I connect WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp Business Cloud API send uses a token you paste in Workspace. Personal WhatsApp has no official inbox API — say “open whatsapp to +1… about …” to draft in the WhatsApp app.
