Sage reads published notices and drafts the packet. We review price, representations, and fit, then file. After award, authorized audio can take a local Whisper first pass — then we edit before a client sees the file.
How a packet moves
Federal contract opportunities, including simplified acquisitions at or under $25,000; Sources Sought; California public procurement (Cal eProcure) for this LLC; Grants.gov. Sage searches and files packets on disk. It does not post a bid.
One-page capability responses, pricing notes confirmed before submit, and whatever a notice actually requires. Grant farming, fake receipts, and a second company stood up for eligibility are forbidden in the shop.
Fit, price, and representations are reviewed and signed. Software does not submit. There is no public filing portal on this site.
Authorized audio can go through local Whisper for a first-pass transcript, then human QC before delivery. Software and professional writing are fulfilled by the same LLC. Sage does not send the client the file.
Sage
Sage is a local Windows desk titled Sage — Government Operations. Lanes are Sage (lead), SAM Bidder, and Grant Scout. It is a separate window from production work. Standing order: stage, then review.
SAM Bidder stages work this LLC can perform: software (including Solene), writing, document prep, transcription, educational content, books already in catalog, admin/consulting, regulatory writing, or a small tool the shop could build. Court and transcript notices fold into that search. Sources Sought are staged as capability responses — not bids.
Grant Scout waits on entity registration that actually exists. It matches notices to work the company already does. It does not invent a project so a grant looks eligible.
Fit
VOSB, SDVOSB, WOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDB, AbilityOne — skipped until the company actually holds them.
Classified, weapons, construction. Award notices. Work Sage cannot actually perform. “No competition required, you apply you get paid.”
After a won transcript contract, authorized audio only. Local model. We review (or a certified transcriber does). Not an official hearing record on its own.
California and after
California public procurement is staged for Solene AI Assistant LLC — the same entity, no second company. Follow-up and invoicing after award sit on the same desk when registration allows.
