Sage only stages notices that match the bench. The list below is the filter: software, writing, documents, transcription, education, and administrative support we already do. If the notice is outside that, there is no packet.

Software

Solene is shipping Windows software: a tray companion with calendar write-back (Google, Outlook desktop COM, Outlook 365 Graph), Gmail and Outlook mail send and triage, WhatsApp Business Cloud API send, local document indexing, wake-phrase voice, lists, bills, travel, contacts, and optional cloud models. The installer includes on-device AI via Ollama. Plus and Pro add hosted models and search.

Contract software is the same class of work — small tools this shop can build and maintain, not a staffing play and not work that would have to be subcontracted away. Phone listings (iOS / Android) pair to the same account when they publish.

Writing and documents

Professional writing, document preparation, educational content, regulatory writing, and books already in catalog. Capability responses against Sources Sought. Packets that match a notice’s actual requirements — not filler, not a project invented so a grant looks eligible.

Transcription

After an award, authorized audio can take a local Whisper first pass. We edit before delivery. Court and transcript notices fold into the same search. Unreviewed output is never treated as an official hearing record, and Sage does not send the client the file.

Administrative and consulting

Administrative and consulting support inside the company’s actual practice. The existing LLC only. No costume entity, no second EIN, no grant farming.

Sage — Government Operations

Sage is a local Windows desk. Lanes: Sage (lead), SAM Bidder, and Grant Scout. Standing work is to stage packets. Filings are signed before submit.
